How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

    Key Responsibilities
    Lead day-to-day delivery activities across multiple application development teams.
    Own sprint planning, execution, and delivery within an established Agile framework.
    Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
    Coordinate delivery efforts across multiple development workstreams and business functions.
    Manage dependencies, risks, issues, and escalations across teams.
    Oversee and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities between application development teams and business stakeholders.
    Track progress and maintain delivery transparency through Azure DevOps (ADO) boards and reporting tools.
    Ensure alignment between business requirements, technical teams, and delivery objectives. Work closely with offshore SAP teams based in India and coordinate delivery across global resources.
    Support release planning and ensure successful execution of project milestones.
    Drive continuous improvement across Agile delivery processes and team collaboration.
    Promote the effective use of AI-enabled development and testing practices within the software delivery lifecycle.

    Required Experience
    Significant experience as a Delivery Manager, Delivery Lead, Scrum Master, or Technical Delivery Lead.
    Proven ability to lead software development delivery within Agile environments.
    Experience coordinating multiple development teams and managing complex delivery dependencies.
    Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and application delivery processes.
    Experience working with bespoke or custom-built business applications.
    Familiarity with Java and React development environments, with the ability to engage effectively with technical teams.
    Experience managing offshore delivery teams and distributed working models.
    Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
    Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) and Agile delivery tools
