The Senior Architect Role
The Senior Architect will manage projects across all RIBA work stages, producing and reviewing design information while ensuring work meets client, statutory and technical requirements.
Key responsibilities will include preparing planning and technical drawing packages, coordinating external consultants, attending client and project meetings, managing programmes and overseeing work delivered by Architects and Architectural Technologists.
The Senior Architect will also assist with fee proposals, resource planning and the development of long-term client relationships.
The Senior Architect
The successful Senior Architect will have:
ARB registration and a recognised Part 3 architectural qualification
Ideally, chartered membership of the RIBA
Previous experience delivering projects through multiple RIBA stages
Strong technical knowledge of UK Building Regulations and planning requirements
Experience coordinating multidisciplinary design teams
Proficiency in Revit and other relevant architectural software
Excellent communication, organisation and client-facing skills
The ability to manage several projects and competing deadlines
