* Friday: 6:00am – 2:00pm

* Afternoons
* Monday to Thursday: 2:30pm – 11:00pm
* Friday: 2:00pm – 10:00pm
We're hiring Production Operatives on behalf of a well-established manufacturing company based in the Severalls area of Colchester.
This is an ongoing temporary opportunity with an immediate start, offering consistent hours and the chance to join a busy production team.
Key Responsibilities
* Operating and monitoring production machinery to ensure efficient manufacturing
* Carrying out quality inspections and basic product testing
* Packing finished products to company standards
* Supplying production lines with raw materials and components
* Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment
* Following health and safety procedures at all times
* Working to production targets while maintaining high quality standards
* Reporting any equipment faults or quality issues to supervisors
What We're Looking For
* Previous experience within a manufacturing, production, warehouse, or industrial environment is desirable
* Good attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work
* Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
* Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
* Immediate availability is preferred
