Education Matters is currently seeking passionate, reliable, and qualified Level 3 Nursery Practitioners to join our growing supply team, supporting a range of welcoming and well-established nurseries across Hoddesdon.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves working with young children and is looking for flexible work across a variety of nursery settings.
Flexible Working Hours We offer shifts to suit your availability:
Full Day: 8:00am ā 6:00pm
Morning Shift: 8:00am ā 1:00pm
Afternoon Shift: 1:00pm ā 6:00pm The Role as a Supply Nursery Practitioner, you will:
Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children.
Support children's learning and development through engaging play and activities.
Assist with daily routines, including mealtimes and personal care where required.
Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
Follow safeguarding procedures and maintain high standards of care.
Adapt confidently to different nursery settings while delivering excellent childcare. Requirements
Essential: A Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent).
Previous experience working within a nursery or early years setting.
A caring, enthusiastic, and reliable approach.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
A sound understanding of the EYFS framework.
An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service is desirable (or willingness to obtain one). Why Join Education Matters?
