How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

    London | Hybrid (2–3 days in the office) | £35,000–£50,000 Basic + Uncapped Commission
    We're partnering exclusively with a global executive chauffeur business to recruit a
    New Business Development Manager to join its UK commercial team as part of it's continued UK and European growth.
    The Opportunity
    You'll own the full sales cycle from prospecting through to closing new accounts.
    Your focus will be identifying and winning new corporate clients across multiple sectors
    including corporate businesses, travel management companies, meetings & events,
    airlines and other organisations requiring premium executive transportation.
    What you'll Be Doing
    * Proactively generating new business through phone, email, LinkedIn and networking
    * Building and managing your own sales pipeline using HubSpot CRM
    * Booking and attending meetings with prospective clients
    * Converting opportunities into long-term revenue-generating accounts
    * Representing the business at industry exhibitions and networking events
    * Building relationships across corporate organisations and executive travel buyers
    * Working closely with leadership whilst enjoying the autonomy to develop your own approach to winning business
    About You
    * Has at least 3+ years B2B sales or business development experience
    * Considers themselves to be a Hunter rather than a Farmer
    * Loves prospecting, opening doors and creating opportunities
    * Is motivated by commission and personal success
    * Is resilient, self-motivated and enjoys the challenge of outbound sales
    * Is comfortable managing the full sales cycle
    Experience within executive transportation, travel or hospitality would be welcomed, but it's certainly not essential. The business is far more interested in your ability to
    manage B2B sales than your industry background.
    Why This Role?
    Unlike many sales roles, you're trusted to manage your own diary and your own approach.
    The leadership team doesn't believe in micromanagement. Instead, they're interested in outcomes, healthy pipelines, quality conversations and long-term commercial success. You'll receive training, ongoing coaching and access to
    Sales Navigator and other prospecting tools, but you'll have the freedom to develop your own style.
    * Basic salary: £35,000–£50,000 + uncapped commission
    * £20,000 commission is considered a realistic first year minimum
    * Strong performers regularly exceed this with £35,000–£40,000+ commission annually
