Key Responsibilities:

Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on luxury vehicles to the highest standards.

Utilise advanced technology and tools to troubleshoot and resolve vehicle issues promptly and efficiently.

Maintain detailed records of all services and repairs completed, adhering to company policies.

Stay current on industry trends, technologies, and best practices to enhance service quality.

Collaborate effectively with a team of automotive professionals to ensure timely completion of all tasks.

Provide exceptional customer service to build trust and loyalty with our clients.
Skills & Experience Required:

Proven experience as a Level 3 Technician
*
Formal automotive technician qualification (e.g., NVQ Level 3 or equivalent).
*
Strong diagnostic skills and a comprehensive understanding of vehicle systems.
*
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
*
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
*
Effective communication skills to interact positively with clients and team members.
