How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    We're looking for an experienced Senior Finance Business Partner (Manager) to lead our finance business partnering function and help drive excellent decision-making across the organisation.     The Role 

    Reporting to the Head of Finance, you'll lead the delivery of a high-quality finance business partnering service that supports organisational performance and delivers meaningful business outcomes. You'll work closely with budget holders and senior leaders across Trust, providing financial insight, challenge and support that drives value for money and informed decision-making.  

    Key responsibilities include: 

    Leading finance business partnering across the organisation. 

    Developing robust budgets, forecasts and financial plans. 

    Producing insightful management information and performance analysis. 

    Supporting value for money initiatives and continuous improvement. 

    Strengthening financial control and governance arrangements. 

    Partnering with operational teams to deliver business priorities. 

    Leading, coaching and developing members of the finance team. 

    Contributing as an active member of the wider management team.  

    What We're Looking For 

    You'll be an accountant with strong finance business partnering experience and a track record of building effective relationships across an organisation. You'll combine commercial awareness with a collaborative approach and a passion for using data and insight to improve performance.   

    We're particularly interested in candidates who can demonstrate: 

    Professional accountancy qualification or qualified by experience 

    Experience of budgeting, forecasting, management reporting and financial controls. 

    Strong leadership and people management skills. 

    Excellent communication and influencing abilities. 

    Confidence working in a fast-paced and evolving environment. 

    A commitment to continuous improvement and delivering excellent customer outcomes.
