We are recruiting for General Production Operators to join the existing production team at our clients facility in East Lothian where you will play a key part in the day-to-day running of the production environment working ensuring products are manufactured efficiently and to the highest quality standards.
What You'll Be Doing
* Always working safely, following HSE procedures.
* Supporting daily production operations within a busy manufacturing environment.
* Operating machinery, equipment and hand tools safely (full training provided).
* Feeding, stacking, grading, banding and packing finished products.
* Carrying out basic quality inspections and reporting any issues.
* Maintaining high housekeeping standards across the production area.
* Ensuring you achieve daily production targets.
* Taking part in safety briefings and continuous improvement initiatives.
What We Are Looking For
* Experience within manufacturing is advantageous but not essential.
* A positive attitude with a willingness to learn new skills.
* A reliable, hardworking and hands-on approach.
* Good teamwork and communication skills.
* A strong awareness of health and safety, or a willingness to learn.
* Flexibility to work across different production areas when required.
