A leading law firm is looking for a Legal Assistant to join its Family team in London on a permanent basis. The role is open to both part-time and full-time applicants, with working hours of 28–37.5 per week.
The Legal Assistant will provide administrative support to fee earners and the wider team, assisting with file opening, document production, audio typing, email management, online portals, client correspondence and general legal administration. You will also assist with basic legal processes, new enquiries and liaise with clients and third parties.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a Legal Assistant or legal administrative role, although this is desirable rather than essential. You will be highly organised, confident using Microsoft Office and have strong written communication and client service skills.
