How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Revit MEP Coordinator – Building Services

    Residential & Commercial Projects
    Salary: £35-£45 Per Hour
    Location: London Bridge

    We are currently working with a leading M&E / Building Services Contractor who are looking to appoint a Revit MEP Coordinator to join their growing design and delivery team.

    This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Revit MEP Coordinator with a background in building services coordination to work across a diverse range of residential and commercial projects.

    The Role

    As a Revit MEP Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating mechanical and electrical building services systems, working closely with design, project management and site teams to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and accurately.

    You will be involved throughout the project lifecycle, from design development and coordination through to construction delivery.

    Key Responsibilities

    * Coordinating mechanical and electrical building services using Revit MEP

    * Producing and reviewing coordinated 3D models and drawings

    * Identifying and resolving clashes using Navisworks / clash detection software

    * Working closely with design teams, engineers, project managers and site teams

    * Reviewing design information and ensuring models are coordinated for construction

    * Supporting the development of detailed MEP layouts and coordinated drawings

    * Attending design and coordination meetings

    * Liaising with subcontractors, consultants and other project stakeholders

    * Ensuring drawings and models are produced to a high standard and in line with project requirements

    The successful candidate will have:

    * Previous experience as a Revit MEP Coordinator, MEP BIM Coordinator, BIM Coordinator or similar

    * Strong experience using Revit MEP

    * Experience coordinating mechanical and electrical building services

    * Experience working on residential and/or commercial building services projects

    * Knowledge of Navisworks and clash detection

    * Strong understanding of MEP systems and construction processes

    * Excellent communication and coordination skills

    * The ability to work effectively with design, project and site teams

    Experience working for an M&E contractor, building services contractor or specialist subcontractor would be highly advantageous.
