Avonside Energy is growing – and we’re looking for hands-on, reliable Insulation Installers to join our expert team working on newbuild housing projects. With around 200 employees across 12 UK locations, we offer long-term career stability, full training, and the opportunity to expand your skills across multiple product lines within a well established and supportive company.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Installing high – performance insulation (loft/cavity wall/timber frame) on newbuild housing sites
Delivering consistent, high-quality workmanship on active construction sites
Working safely and efficiently as part of a respected team
Representing a company known for quality and professionalismWhat You’ll Need:
Experience in insulation, drylining, or general construction (preferred)
CSCS card (or willingness to obtain one)
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
A full UK driving licence
Physical stamina to lift materials and work in physically demanding environments
