A leading housing provider is seeking an experienced Multi-Trade Plumber to join their team on a temp-to-perm basis, carrying out reactive repairs and void works across Portsmouth, Chichester, and surrounding areas.
Pay
£22.50 per hour (Umbrella)
£36,250 per annum (Permanent)
Duties
Carry out responsive repairs and void property maintenance.
Complete plumbing repairs, installations, leak detection, and fault finding.
Undertake bathroom and kitchen plumbing works.
Carry out basic multi-trade tasks including carpentry, tiling, plastering, and decorating.
Work within occupied and void social housing properties.
Use a PDA/mobile device to manage and update jobs.
Requirements
Strong plumbing background.
Experience within social housing repairs and maintenance.
Good all-round multi-trade skills.
Full UK Driving Licence (company van provided).
DBS check required (completed at offer stage).
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
