This vital role supports the external sales force by managing internal orders, preparing accurate quotations, and coordinating customer service to ensure smooth commercial operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Order processing
• Liaise with customers and sales teams and other areas of the business to ensure timely and accurate order processing
• Use internal IT systems to monitor sales and order activity
This role offers a basic salary of £24,500, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays and company pension.
Hours of work are Monday-Thursday 8.30-5 and Friday 8.30-4
To be suitable for this role you will have previous relevant experience in a similar role, be highly customer focused and have strong IT skills. Full training will be given on the company products and IT systems.
