How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

    This is a fully remote HR Coordinator opportunity for an organised and proactive HR professional who enjoys supporting the full employee lifecycle. The role offers a rolling contract and would suit someone with strong attention to detail, initiative and a curious mindset.

    Our client is a well-established not for profit organisation seeking an experienced HR Coordinator to support a busy People function. This role sits within a collaborative team environment where initiative, ownership and continuous improvement are encouraged.

    Description

    Provide HR administration support across the entire employee lifecycle.
    Coordinate recruitment activities including interview scheduling, offer administration and onboarding.
    Maintain HR systems and employee records, ensuring a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.
    Draft employment contracts, letters and HR documentation.
    Support managers and employees with HR queries and policy guidance.
    Process employee changes including starters, leavers and contractual amendments.
    Assist with payroll and benefits administration where required.
    Ensure HR processes remain compliant with employment legislation and company policies.
    Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance the employee experience.Profile

    A successful candidate will have:

    Previous experience in an HR Administrator or HR Coordinator position.
    Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
    A naturally curious mindset with a desire to learn and improve processes.
    Strong initiative and the confidence to work independently in a remote environment.
    Experience using HR systems and maintaining employee records.
    Excellent organisational and communication skills.
    The ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
    CIPD qualification or studies would be advantageous but not essential.Job Offer

    Hourly rate of £15.00 - £18.00, dependent on the level of experience.
