The Opportunity
As Service Manager, you'll have the freedom to lead, influence and inspire.
You'll focus on:
Leading the day-to-day operation of the service
Inspiring and developing a motivated, high-performing team
Creating a positive and inclusive culture
Building strong relationships with families and professionals
Driving quality, compliance and continuous improvement
Ensuring truly person-centred support for every individual
Managing resources, occupancy and service performance
Supporting colleagues through coaching, development and recognitionMost importantly, you'll help create a home where the people we support can live fulfilling, independent and meaningful lives.
Who We're Looking For
We're keen to hear from:
Experienced Registered Managers seeking a fresh challenge
Care Managers ready to step into their first registration
Service Managers within adult social care looking for greater autonomy and developmentYou'll ideally have:
Experience supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism and/or complex needs, or transferable leadership experience gained within the wider social care sector or related care services.
Strong leadership and people management skills
An understanding of CQC standards and regulatory requirements
A passion for delivering high-quality, person-centred care
The ability to motivate teams and drive positive outcomes
Confidence building relationships with stakeholders, families and professionalsMost importantly, you'll be someone who leads with compassion, positivity and purpose.
