Managing projects through design development, procurement and construction phases
Procurement and delivery of Design & Build contracts
Delivery of projects involving structural steel frames, heavy-duty slabs and extensive external works
Good knowledge of CDM Regulations.
Coordination of multi-disciplinary design teams
Managing cost, programme, risk and change control across complex construction packages
Experience working both client-side and/or for a main contractor, with a strong understanding of contractor delivery approaches
Experience of working within major infrastructure or construction programmes
Strong understanding of construction methodologies for large-scale industrial facilities
Experience managing external works, groundworks and logistics-heavy environments
Understanding of buildability, sequencing and temporary works considerations
Key skills would be:
Understanding of RIBA stages
Interface management between design, planning and construction
Experience client side or for a tier 1
Knowledge of NEC / JCT
Experience of procuring Design and Build contracts
Ideally extensive experience in stakeholder management
Role will be on a hybrid basis with 3 days per week site based
Living away allowance can't be provided
Salary: £72,5000 - £82,5000 depending on experience
