Your Role
Supporting children aged 3 months–4 years with hands‑on, engaging learning
Bringing creativity and energy to activities, routines and play
Building strong, trusting relationships with families
Contributing to a positive, forward‑thinking team culture
Tracking children’s progress and celebrating their achievements
You’ll Need
Level 3 Early Years qualification
Experience in a nursery or early years role
A proactive, enthusiastic, child‑centred approach
Strong knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding
