Support the Site Manager in delivering the finishing phase of a new-build RC frame development, ensuring works are completed safely, on programme, to the required quality standards, and ready for handover.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage day-to-day finishing trades and subcontractors.
* Monitor progress against programme and resolve delays.
* Carry out quality inspections and manage snagging.
* Ensure compliance with health & safety procedures and site standards.
* Coordinate materials, labour, and sequencing of works.
* Prepare plots for inspections, CML, NHBC, and customer handovers.
* Report progress and issues to the Site Manager.
Key Trades
Drylining, plastering, joinery, kitchens, bathrooms, tiling, decoration, flooring, mastic, final fix carpentry, and external finishing works.
Experience & Qualifications
* Experience on new-build residential RC frame projects.
* Strong knowledge of finishing trades and quality control.
* SMSTS (preferred), CSCS Card, First Aid at Work.
* Good communication, organisation, and subcontractor management skills
