About the Role
An established manufacturing company is looking to recruit an experienced Welder Fabricator to join its production team. This is an excellent opportunity to work for a well-established business manufacturing high-quality products for a range of industries.
The successful candidate will be responsible for fabricating and welding steel components, working from engineering drawings, and ensuring all work is completed to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
Fabricate and weld steel components using MIG welding techniques.
Read and interpret engineering drawings.
Assemble products and components to specification.
Carry out quality checks throughout the manufacturing process.
Operate fabrication equipment and hand tools safely.
Maintain a clean and organised work area.
Adhere to all health and safety procedures.
Work as part of a production team to achieve daily targets.
The Ideal Candidate
Previous experience in a Welder Fabricator or similar fabrication role.
Competent in MIG welding.
Ability to read engineering drawings.
Strong attention to detail.
Good problem-solving skills.
Reliable with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
