How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

    An established legal practice is seeking a Commercial Property Conveyancer to join their team near High Wycombe. This full-time, office-based role offers the chance to manage a varied portfolio of commercial property transactions independently, from initial instruction through to completion. The position will suit a qualified solicitor or experienced conveyancing paralegal looking to work autonomously within a supportive and professional environment.
    Based near High Wycombe, this permanent role involves direct communication with clients and external parties such as estate agents and financial institutions. The salary will be competitive and reflective of experience, with opportunities for career development and exposure to a broad range of property matters.
    The role
    * Manage all aspects of commercial property conveyancing transactions from start to finish
    * Prepare, review, and negotiate legal documents and agreements related to property transactions
    * Conduct legal research to ensure compliance with property laws and regulations
    * Provide clear, practical legal advice and guidance to clients
    * Maintain accurate case records and ensure deadlines are met
    * Develop and sustain strong relationships with clients and external stakeholders
    About you
    * Qualified solicitor with a current practising certificate or an experienced conveyancing paralegal
    * At least one year of post-qualification experience or equivalent in residential and commercial conveyancing
    * Strong understanding of property law, conveyancing procedures, and relevant legal requirements
    * Proven ability to manage a caseload effectively and work independently
    * Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills
    * High attention to detail and strong analytical abilities
    * Proficient in legal drafting and research
