How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Put your diagnostic experience to meaningful use as a CYP ADHD Assessment Clinician. This Children and Young People’s ADHD Assessor position offers the opportunity to deliver structured assessments that give families clear, timely and well-supported outcomes.

    The CYP ADHD Assessment Clinician will work within an established pathway backed by robust clinical leadership, consistent supervision and a stable multidisciplinary workforce. This creates the continuity needed for sound decisions, dependable services and successful outcomes for children, families and commissioners.

    Package & Benefits

    • £45,000 to £50,000 per annum.

    • Permanent full-time or part-time contract.

    • Monday-to-Friday hours with agreed hybrid working arrangements.

    About the Company

    This clinician-led community healthcare provider delivers evidence-based ADHD and autism assessments. A strong leadership structure, established governance and stable clinical teams support consistent quality, reliable pathway delivery and positive outcomes for end clients.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Deliver structured ADHD assessments for children and young people.

    • Gather developmental and functional evidence from families, schools and records.

    • Present cases at MDT meetings and contribute to defensible diagnostic decisions.

    • Produce clear reports and communicate outcomes sensitively.

    About You

    • Current NMC, HCPC or equivalent relevant professional registration.

    • At least one year’s experience delivering CYP ADHD assessments.

    • Significant post-qualification experience within CYP mental health, paediatric or neurodevelopmental services.
