About the role:
Multi-site role covering projects across Greater London.

Salary of up to £65,000 + package.
Permanent position with excellent long-term career progression. Main duties will include, but not be limited to:
Carry out regular site inspections, audits, and risk assessments across multiple projects.
Ensure compliance with current Health & Safety legislation and company procedures.
Review and monitor RAMS, permits to work, and other Health & Safety documentation.
Investigate incidents and near misses, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.
Deliver site inductions and toolbox talks.
Provide practical Health & Safety advice and support to site management and operational teams.
Monitor Health & Safety performance and prepare reports where required.
Liaise with clients, principal contractors, and subcontractors on all Health & Safety matters.
Promote a positive safety culture and drive continuous improvement across all projects. To be successful in your application, you will possess the following:
A relevant Health & Safety qualification, e.g., NEBOSH.
2+ years' experience within Health & Safety in the construction industry.
Previous experience within roofing, cladding, façade, waterproofing, or specialist contracting is preferred.
Strong knowledge of UK Health & Safety legislation and industry best practice.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Full UK Driving Licence.
