About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and reliable Plumbing Repairs Specialist to join our busy team. In this role, you will be the face of our service-responding to service calls, accurately diagnosing complex plumbing issues, and delivering high-quality repairs and routine maintenance.

Key Responsibilities
Service Response & Repairs: Respond promptly to customer service calls and execute a wide range of plumbing repairs, including pipework, leaky fixtures, and fault-finding on water heaters.
Diagnosis: Efficiently troubleshoot plumbing systems to identify root causes and deliver lasting, practical solutions.
Preventative Maintenance: Conduct thorough routine checks to prevent future system failures and keep systems running efficiently.
Customer Communication: Clearly explain technical issues to customers, walk them through repair options, and provide excellent service throughout.
Record Keeping: Maintain precise job logs, track time and materials used, and generate detailed invoices/reports.
Equipment & Site Care: Ensure work areas remain clean and safe while keeping company tools, equipment, and vehicles properly maintained.
Requirements & Qualifications
Qualifications: NVQ Level 2/3 (or City & Guilds equivalent) in Plumbing.
Certifications: Valid relevant plumbing licenses/certifications.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years hands-on experience in a repair, maintenance, or service plumbing role.
Soft Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong customer-first mindset.
Organisation: Strong time-management abilities with an eye for detailed record-keeping.
Driving: Valid UK Driver's Licence.
