What will you do as a Sales Administrator ?
* Building rapport with customers and providing excellent customer service
* Taking orders via phone email and website and processing
* Processing invoices on a daily basis
* Dealing with enquiries concerning deliveries
* Liaising with drivers establishing any delivery issues
* Processing supplier payments
What do you need as a Sales Administrator ?
* Previous experience within a similar position ideally within a wholesaler
* Confident liaising with clients/suppliers handling queries
* Eye for detail and meticulous in approach to tasks
* Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise tasks
* Working knowledge of Excel & Microsoft Packages
