Site Manager – Social Housing Development

Market Harborough | £60,000 - £65,000 + £5,000 Car Allowance + 20% Bonus

I’m currently working with a well-iiestablished construction business that is looking to appoint an experienced Site Manager to oversee a social housing development in Market Harborough.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing organisation delivering a high-quality residential scheme, with responsibility for managing the day-to-day delivery of the project from site start through to completion.

The Role

As Site Manager, you will take responsibility for the successful delivery of the development, ensuring the project is completed safely, on programme and to the required quality standards.

Your responsibilities will include:

Managing the day-to-day operations on site
Coordinating subcontractors, trades and site teams
Ensuring health and safety standards are maintained
Monitoring programme, progress and quality
Managing site logistics and resources
Working closely with the wider project team to ensure successful delivery
Maintaining high standards of workmanship throughout the development
Ensuring the project is delivered in line with company procedures and client expectations
The Ideal Candidate

The successful candidate will have previous experience working as a Site Manager within residential construction, ideally with experience delivering social housing or similar residential developments.

You will be organised, commercially aware and confident managing subcontractors and site teams, with a strong focus on quality, safety and programme delivery.

The Package

£60,000 - £65,000 basic salary
£5,000 car allowance
20% annual bonus
