Key Responsibilities:

· Provide a high level of customer service, responding to enquiries via phone, email, and in person in a professional and timely manner

· Build and maintain strong customer relationships to support repeat business and customer satisfaction

· Process customer orders accurately, ensuring all details are correct and compliant with company procedures

Key Skills & Experience:

· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

· Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks

· Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (e.g. data entry, formulas, basic reporting)

· Experience in a customer service or sales environment

· Ability to build and maintain positive customer relationships

· Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks

· Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and as part of a team

· Good problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset
