Deputy Support Manager

NewGen Recruitment is looking for an experienced Deputy Support Manager to support an independent living service in Market Weighton, York.
This Deputy Support Manager role would suit someone with experience as a Senior Support Worker, Team Leader or Deputy Manager within supported living, learning disabilities, autism or complex support.
Duties include:
* Supporting the day-to-day running of the service
* Guiding and supporting Support Workers
* Helping with rotas, staffing and service cover
* Supporting risk assessments, support plans and care records
* Monitoring safeguarding, compliance and quality standards
* Providing hands-on support when required
* Deputising for the Support Manager when needed
Requirements:
* Experience as a Deputy Support Manager, Senior Support Worker or Team Leader
* Supported living, learning disability or autism experience
* Medication training
* Moving and assisting training
* Enhanced DBS
* NVQ Level 3
* Driver preferred
