Tradewind Recruitment are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Key Stage 1 Teacher for a welcoming primary school in South Birmingham. This is a fantastic long-term opportunity starting in September, ideal for an enthusiastic teacher who is committed to helping children thrive both academically and personally.

The successful candidate will take responsibility for delivering engaging and creative lessons, fostering a positive learning environment, and supporting pupils to achieve their full potential. You will be joining a supportive school team with excellent leadership and a strong commitment to pupil progress and wellbeing.

The Role:

Full-time Key Stage 1 teaching position
Long-term assignment starting in September
Planning, delivering and assessing engaging lessons in line with the National Curriculum
Creating a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment
Working collaboratively with teaching assistants, colleagues, and parents to support pupil success

The Ideal Candidate:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Experience teaching within Key Stage 1
Strong classroom management skills
Excellent communication and organisational abilities
A passion for delivering high-quality teaching and learning
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
