How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    D365 Business Central Functional Consultant

    Location: Hampshire (Hybrid X2 days per week onsite OR remote)

    Employment: Permanent Client: Microsoft Partner

    Overview

    Our client, a leading Microsoft Partner, is seeking an experienced D365 Business Central Functional Consultant to join their growing team. This is a permanent role offering flexibility to work remotely, with onsite collaboration in Hampshire two days per week.

    You will play a key role in delivering high‑quality Business Central implementations, driving functional design, and supporting customers across the full project lifecycle.

    Key Responsibilities

    *

    Lead functional workshops, requirements gathering, and solution design for D365 Business Central.

    *

    Configure, customise, and implement BC modules aligned to customer needs.

    *

    Produce functional documentation, process flows, and user guides.

    *

    Work closely with technical teams to ensure successful solution delivery.

    *

    Support UAT, training, go‑live, and post‑implementation activities.

    *

    Advise customers on best practice, optimisation, and system improvements.

    *

    Manage stakeholder expectations and maintain strong client relationships.

    Essential Skills & Experience

    *

    Proven experience as a D365 Business Central Functional Consultant.

    *

    Strong understanding of core BC modules (Finance, SCM, Warehousing, Projects, Manufacturing, or similar).

    *

    Experience delivering end‑to‑end implementations for Microsoft Partners or similar environments.

    *

    Ability to translate business requirements into functional solutions.

    *

    Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills.

    *

    Solid documentation, workshop, and training capability.

    Desirable

    *

    Experience with LS Retail, eCommerce, distribution, or retail environments.

    *

    Knowledge of Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate).

    *

    Microsoft certifications (MB‑800 or equivalent).
