How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

    As an HR Advisor you'll play a key role in the HR team for day to day HR operations as well as HR projects and supporting the business growth.

    Description

    Support the coordination and delivery of the onboarding process
    Assist the Talent team with recruitment administration and contract processing
    Supporting with the TUPE process when new businesses join the group
    Contribute to HR initiatives, policies, and programmes that support engagement, performance, and retention
    Maintain accurate and confidential HR records in line with GDPR and data protection requirements
    Lead and manage employee relations cases, including disciplinary, grievance, capability, and attendance matters
    Provide expert advice and coaching to managers on employee relations issues and processes
    Support performance and absence management, including long-term sickness and occupational health referrals
    Advise on restructuring and redundancy processes, ensuring fair consultation and selection practices
    Conduct exit interviews and analyse feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement
    Deliver training on employee relations and people management to support manager capability
    Collaborate with HR colleagues on projects, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives
    Provide general HR administrative support as required

    Profile

    A successful HR Advisor should have:

    A strong understanding of HR policies, procedures and employment law.
    Have worked in a fast paced environment in a hands on capacity,
    Experience in managing employee relations and advising on HR matters.
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    Have experience in TUPE, redundancy, restructure.
    Attention to detail and strong organisational abilities.
    Proficiency in using HR systems and tools.Job Offer
