Our prestigious client a leading provider of Supported Living to Adults with Learning Disabilities, is looking to appoint a team of experienced Team Leaders in Newbury.
Your role
To provide practice leadership and operational management of the service and to ensure optimum support to individuals is achieved. Our Team Leader will oversee our support offered for people with learning disabilities and autism to enhance their role as equal members of the community. To ensure Support standards are adhered to and that we comply with all current legislation and regulations associated with managing support services.
To provide direct support and supervision to all staff employed or volunteering in the service.

You MUST:
Have or be working towards NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care/Residential Care
Be passionate about delivering a high-quality service that promotes the independence, choice and dignity of service users
Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an approachable and friendly nature
Have previous managerial experience in a similar environment
Have the resilience to be able to deal with challenging situations
Have a full UK driving licence which you've held for at least 12 months **Please note we are also recruiting for Support Workers and Team Leaders for the same service**
