How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Litigation Solicitor (2–5 Years' PQE) – Consultant or Employed – Fully Remote

    Our client, a progressive and expanding UK law firm, is seeking an ambitious Litigation Solicitor to join its growing Dispute Resolution team. Whether you're looking for the autonomy of a consultant position or the stability of permanent employment, this opportunity allows you to build your career while enjoying the benefits of fully remote working.

    Working alongside experienced litigators, you'll advise a diverse client base across a broad range of contentious matters, providing commercially focused legal solutions and exceptional client service.

    The Role
    You will be responsible for managing your own caseload of litigation matters, including:

    Commercial disputes

    Contractual disputes

    Debt recovery

    Property litigation

    Civil litigation

    Shareholder and partnership disputes

    Professional negligence claims

    Alternative dispute resolution, including mediation and settlement negotiations

    You will have the autonomy to run your files from instruction through to resolution while benefiting from the support of an experienced legal team and modern case management systems.

    About You
    Applications are invited from qualified Solicitors who possess:

    Ideally
    2–5 years' post-qualification experience

    in Litigation

    Experience managing a varied caseload with minimal supervision

    Excellent advocacy, negotiation and drafting skills

    Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail

    Outstanding communication and client relationship skills

    A proactive, organised and self-motivated approach

    Experience in business development or networking would be beneficial, although it is by no means essential.
