We're looking for a commercially focused Key Account Manager to become the trusted point of contact for key fleet, commercial and public sector customers. This is an exciting opportunity to play a vital role in managing customer accounts from enquiry through to vehicle delivery, working closely with engineering, production and operations to ensure projects are delivered on time and to the highest standards.

As the Key Account Manager, you will:
Develop relationships with key fleet, commercial and public sector customers.
Act as the primary point of contact for all customer enquiries and account activity.
Conduct regular customer meetings, reviews and site visits.
Oversee customer orders from quotation through to final delivery.
Liaise with Engineering, Production and Operations to ensure customer specifications are achievable.
Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to customers.
Prepare quotations, pricing proposals and commercial documentation.
Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and introduce additional services.
Translate customer requirements into clear instructions for internal teams.
Handle customer feedback and resolve any issues professionally.
Maintain accurate account records, forecasts and customer reports.
We'd welcome people to apply who have:
Previous experience as a Key Account Manager, Account Manager or Customer Relationship Manager within manufacturing, engineering, automotive or vehicle conversion.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Strong commercial awareness with the ability to identify growth opportunities.
The ability to understand technical information and explain it clearly to customers.
Excellent organisational and project management skills.
A proactive approach with strong problem-solving ability.
A full UK driving licence.Experience within automotive, commercial vehicles, LCV conversions or engineering manufacturing would be highly advantageous but is not essential.
