How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

    Position: Coded Pipe Welders

    Location: Immingham

    Start Date: Immediate

    Duration: 9-12 months

    Hours: 44 hours per week

    PAYE Pay Rates:

    Mon-Fri Basic: £23.45/hr + Holiday Pay

    Mon-Fri Overtime: £32.83/hr

    £0.80/hr Bonus

    Travel and Lodge Allowances where applicable

    The Role:

    Integrate Engineering Resources is currently recruiting Coded Pipe Welders for a long term contact on an oil refinery site in Immingham. The role will involve:

    -Pipe welding in accordance to the required welding procedure specifications, project specifications, and quality standards.

    -Reading and interpreting piping isometric drawings, engineering drawings and technical instructions.

    -Preparing pipework and joints for welding, ensuring the correct alignment and cleanliness.

    -Inspecting completed work and promptly report any defects or quality concerns.

    -Cooperating with welding inspectors and quality personnel during inspection and testing activities.

    -Following all permits, risk assessments, method statements and site safety procedures.

    -Checking welding equipment before use and report any faults or defects.

    -Working alongside Pipefitters, Supervisors and other trades to meet the project programme.

    -Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working area.

    Requirements:

    -NVQ Level 3 in Welding or an equivalent relevant qualification.

    -Relevant and current pipe welding codings.

    -CCNSG card

    -Previous pipe welding experience within a refinery, petrochemical, power generation or similar heavy industrial environment.

    -Experience working to approved welding procedure specifications.

    -Ability to read and interpret piping isometric drawings.

    -Strong understanding of permit-to-work systems and industrial site safety requirements.

    -Applicants may be required to complete a weld test before commencing work.
