How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

As a Material Movement Operator, you'll play an important role in ensuring the smooth flow of materials throughout the manufacturing process. This entry-level position provides full training and offers the opportunity to build valuable skills in a fast-paced FMCG production environment.

    What You'll Be Doing

Operating site equipment safely and effectively.

Supporting equipment start-ups, changeovers, and shutdown activities.

Monitoring production processes and escalating issues when required.

Completing routine cleaning, housekeeping, and basic maintenance tasks.

Carrying out quality and safety checks in line with site procedures.

Following all Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality standards.

Collaborating with colleagues to achieve operational targets.

Supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the site.

    What We're Looking For

No previous manufacturing experience is required as comprehensive training will be provided.

We're looking for individuals who demonstrate:

    Strong work ethic and reliability

Positive attitude and willingness to learn

    Commitment to safe working practices

Ability to work effectively in a production environment

Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail

    Why Join Our Talent Pool?

By joining our talent pool, you'll be among the first candidates considered when vacancies become available. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in manufacturing careers and looking to develop within a world-class production facility.

We are particularly interested in hearing from candidates who are:

    Safety-focused and reliable

    Eager to learn new skills

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

    Team-oriented with a positive attitude

Open to working continental shift patterns, including 12-hour days and nights
