💰 Pay: £18.00 - £21.00 per hour (depending on experience)

We're currently recruiting for an experienced Multi Trader / Carpenter to join a well-established team working on void properties across Colchester and the surrounding areas.
This is a temporary to permanent opportunity, offering ongoing work for the right candidate with excellent long-term prospects.
The Role
* Carrying out carpentry and general multi-trade repairs in void properties
* Working on planned refurbishment and maintenance projects
* Covering Colchester and surrounding areas within a 60-mile radius
* Delivering high-quality workmanship and maintaining excellent standards
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Multi Trader with a strong carpentry background
* Ability to carry out a variety of general maintenance and repair tasks
* Full UK driving licence
* Own tools preferred
* Reliable, hardworking, and able to work independently
