We are currently seeking skilled Pavers with a valid CSCS card to contribute to our diverse range of projects across the city.
Responsibilities:
* Carry out various paving tasks, including block paving, slab paving, granite paving, and curbs/edging, with precision and attention to detail.
* Prepare surfaces, ensuring proper levels and grades are achieved.
* Operate and maintain paving equipment and tools, ensuring safe and efficient performance.
* Collaborate effectively with the site team, demonstrating teamwork and adaptability.
* Adhere to health and safety regulations, promoting a safe working environment.
* Continuously develop your skills and knowledge by attending training programs.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
* Previous experience in paving work, with at least 2 years of experience preferred.
* NVQ qualification in paving (desirable).
* Valid CSCS card is essential.
* Ability to work flexibly and adapt to varying project requirements.
* Strong teamwork and communication skills.
* Willingness to attend training programs to enhance individual skills and knowledge.
