The Opportunity
As a Cover Supervisor, you'll step into the classroom when teachers are absent, ensuring students remain engaged and continue learning by delivering pre-planned lessons.

Your Day-to-Day Role
* Deliver pre-prepared lessons to Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 students.
* Maintain a calm, focused and respectful classroom environment.
* Encourage students to complete the work provided.
* Follow each school's behaviour and safeguarding policies.
* Liaise with teaching staff and provide feedback after each lesson.
* Build positive relationships with both students and school staff.

£110.00 - £150.00 per year
