Key Responsibilities:
Work as a fully contributory member of the Quality team
Responsible for demonstrating SHE (Safety, Health & Environment) and responsible business behaviours
Undertake routine and complex Quality Assurance activities with minimal supervision
Develop and understand local Management System documentation, including policies, procedures, and risk assessments
Conduct internal audits and support non-conformance management
Analyse data effectively to identify themes and corrective actions
Liaise with other areas of the business to build effective relationships
Support Quality investigations and requirements relating to certification activities
Job Requirements:
Understanding and application of ISO 9001/EN9100 standards
Understanding of Business Management Systems, the Operational Framework, and Operational Assurance process
Awareness of product safety requirements
Knowledge of export requirements, such as ITAR (where applicable)
Ability to interpret specifications, procedures, and contract requirements
Proficiency in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) methodologies
Effective action management and verification skills
Strong stakeholder management abilities
NC or HNC qualified in an appropriate technical discipline, or equivalent Quality experience
