How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

    We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Paint Sprayer to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you'll be responsible for preparing and applying high-quality paint finishes to manufactured products while maintaining production schedules and ensuring quality standards are met. If you have experience with industrial spray equipment and take pride in producing quality work, we'd love to hear from you.

    Key Responsibilities

    Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, masking, and inspecting parts.
    Mix paints, primers, and coatings according to manufacturer specifications.
    Operate airless, HVLP, or conventional spray equipment to apply coatings evenly and efficiently.
    Monitor paint thickness, finish quality, and coverage to ensure products meet company standards.
    Perform touch-ups and rework as needed.
    Maintain spray booths, guns, hoses, and other painting equipment.
    Follow all safety procedures, including proper handling and storage of paints, solvents, and hazardous materials.
    Read and interpret work orders, blueprints, and production schedules.
    Work closely with production and quality teams to meet deadlines and customer expectations.
    Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with company housekeeping standards.
    Qualifications

    High school diploma or equivalent.
    Previous experience as an industrial paint sprayer or in a manufacturing paint environment.
    Knowledge of spray painting techniques, equipment, and finishing processes.
    Ability to read and understand work instructions and specifications.
    Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
    Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
