Are you an experienced Registered Manager looking for your next opportunity?
We're recruiting for a Registered Manager to lead a 4-bed Children's Residential Home supporting young people aged 8-17 with Emotional & Behavioural Difficulties (EBD).
Responsibilities
Lead and manage the home to Ofsted standards.
Ensure excellent safeguarding and care practices.
Support, develop and inspire your staff team.
Maintain compliance with Children's Homes Regulations.
Build strong partnerships with local authorities and professionals.
Deliver outstanding outcomes for children and young people.
Requirements
✔ Previous experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager within children's residential care.
✔ Level 3 Diploma in Children & Young People's Workforce.
✔ Level 5 Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (or working towards).
✔ Strong knowledge of Ofsted regulations.
✔ Full UK Driving Licence.
