How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

Opportunities like this don't come around often. We're partnering with a rapidly scaling, investor-backed AI infrastructure company that's building the next generation of digital infrastructure required to support the explosive growth of artificial intelligence. Following significant external investment and international expansion, the business is entering a pivotal stage of its growth journey and is seeking its first dedicated FP&A Manager.

Operating across multiple countries and preparing for substantial future growth, the company is creating the finance infrastructure needed to support a world-class organisation. This is a rare opportunity to join at an early stage, work directly with senior leadership, and help build the financial planning capability that will underpin the business for years to come.

    The Opportunity:

As the first dedicated FP&A professional in the organisation, you'll play a critical role in shaping how the business forecasts, allocates capital, measures performance and supports strategic decision-making. This is not a traditional FP&A role where processes are already established. You'll have the opportunity to design the forecasting framework, reporting cadence and financial models from the ground up while partnering closely with the CFO, VP Finance and wider leadership team.

The environment is fast-moving, ambitious and highly entrepreneurial, with significant investment being deployed into large-scale infrastructure projects across multiple jurisdictions.

    What You'll Be Responsible For:

    Financial Planning & Forecasting

Owning rolling cash flow forecasting and short-term liquidity planning.
Leading monthly and quarterly forecasting and reforecasting processes.
Providing visibility on cash runway, burn rate and funding requirements.
Supporting strategic planning and capital allocation decisions. Commercial Analysis & Business Performance

Delivering insightful variance analysis and performance reporting.
Identifying key business drivers, trends and risks.
Partnering with operational and finance teams to improve decision-making.
Presenting financial insights to senior leadership and investors
    Financial Modelling
Building and maintaining robust operational and financial models.
Evaluating the impact of major investment decisions, financing arrangements and growth initiatives
Supporting business cases, scenario planning and strategic projects
Ensuring forecasts are aligned with accounting and reporting requirements.Building the Function

Designing FP&A processes, reporting frameworks and controls
Supporting finance transformation and systems implementation projects
Helping establish a best-in-class finance function capable of supporting a future public company environment.
Creating scalable processes that can grow alongside the business.Candidate Requirements:

We're looking for an ambitious, commercially minded finance professional who enjoys building, improving and challenging established thinking.

ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent qualification
Strong FP&A, commercial finance or strategic finance experience.
Excellent forecasting, budgeting and cash flow planning skills
    Advanced financial modelling capability.
Experience operating within complex, multi-entity organisations.
    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    Confidence communicating with senior stakeholders.
A proactive approach and the ability to thrive in a high-growth environment. Why Join?

Join one of the most exciting and fastest-growing businesses within the global AI ecosystem.
Work directly with an experienced executive leadership team.
Build an FP&A function from the ground up and leave a lasting impact.
Gain exposure to complex financing, large-scale investment projects and international growth.
Fast-track your career within a business experiencing exceptional expansion.
Receive a highly competitive compensation package, including bonus and equity participation.
Be part of a company helping to build the infrastructure behind the future of artificial intelligence
