We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operations Supervisor to join a nationwide healthcare firm in Swindon. This is fantastic opportunity to join at a time when the company in question are experiencing impressive growth due to the successful bidding for a number of major new contracts in the area.

As Warehouse Operations Supervisor you will:

· Supervise a small/medium sized team of Depot Operatives

· Use your experience of working in a fast-moving environment to full advantage

· Have a strong and structured approach to change management related activities

· Display a solid understanding of all areas of Health and Safety legislation

· Show an ability to communicate effectively with customers and work colleagues.

· Be self-motivated and work under pressure in a dynamic and changing environment.

· Demonstrate strong IT skills with experience of Outlook, PDA /Smart Phone and other relevant IT systems

· Have a train the trainer approach
