Our client in Banbury are looking for Warehouse Operatives to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for motivated and reliable individuals to secure a position within a growing business.
The Role:
As a Warehouse Operative, you will be responsible for accurately picking, packing and dispatching goods while maintaining high standards of safety, quality and productivity. You will work as part of a team to ensure customer orders are processed efficiently and warehouse operations run effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Picking and Packing Items - Accurately select and pack products for customer orders
Replenishment - Restock inventory in picking locations to maintain product availability and workflow efficiency.
Returns Processing - Handle returned goods, including inspection, restocking and documentation according to company procedures.
General Warehouse Duties - Support overall warehouse operations

Previous experience working in a warehouse environment
Ability to work accurately in a fast paced environment
Good attention to detail
