How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job Title: Trade & Transaction Reporting Analyst
    Location: London (Hybrid)
    Duration: 12 Months (Likely extension)
    Working Pattern: Full Time

    Role Summary
    We are seeking a Trade & Transaction Reporting Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in ensuring accurate and timely trade and transaction reporting under EMIR, MiFIR, and SFTR regulations. You will take the lead in reconciliation controls, exception management, and collaborating with stakeholders across Operations, Compliance, Technology, and Front Office teams.

    Key Responsibilities

    Execute and oversee daily reconciliation controls to ensure reporting accuracy and completeness.
    Investigate, prioritise, and resolve reporting exceptions, performing root cause analysis as needed.
    Monitor completeness, pairing, and matching controls, including UTI alignment and counterparty reporting.
    Support daily regulatory reporting submissions and validation processes.
    Track regulatory developments and translate requirements into control and process enhancements.
    Produce management information (MI), exception reports, and governance updates.
    Collaborate with internal teams and third-party vendors to resolve issues and enhance reporting controls.

    Skills & Experience

    Experience in regulatory reporting, financial markets operations, or trade reporting environments.
    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in managing reconciliation exceptions.
    Knowledge of the trade lifecycle, data lineage, UTI/UPI frameworks, and regulatory reporting controls.
    Understanding of SFTR regulations.
    Ability to define business requirements, conduct gap analysis, and collaborate with technology teams on system enhancements.
    Strong communication, stakeholder management, and organisational skills.
    Experience managing large volumes of exceptions across multiple reporting regimes.
    Ability to balance BAU activities with regulatory change initiatives.
    Proficiency in navigating complex data flows and system dependencies.
    Drive stakeholder understanding and adherence to regulatory control requirements.
