Our client, a well-established and rapidly expanding construction group, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their growing team. The business delivers high-profile retail fit-out, refurbishment and rollout programmes for an impressive portfolio of blue-chip clients, including major supermarket chains and banking organisations.

The Role
As Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple retail fit-out and rollout projects from planning through to completion. Working closely with clients, site teams and subcontractors, you will ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the highest standards.
The successful candidate will be comfortable managing projects within live trading environments and will possess strong organisational, communication and stakeholder management skills.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage retail fit-out, refurbishment and rollout projects from inception to completion
* Coordinate programmes, resources and subcontractors to ensure successful project delivery
* Maintain strong client relationships and stakeholder engagement throughout the project lifecycle
* Monitor project performance, budgets and timelines
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company procedures
* Manage works within live operational environments with minimal disruption to customers and client operations
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Project Manager within retail fit-out, refurbishment or rollout programmes
* Retail sector experience, ideally within supermarkets, food retail or similar environments
* Strong project planning, programme and stakeholder management skills
* Experience working on projects within live trading environments
* Commercial awareness and budget management experience
* Proficient in project management software and systems
* Formal project management qualifications would be advantageous
* Access to, or ability to work across, the East of England region
