Loom Talent is exclusively supporting a well-established manufacturer serving industrial and technical markets worldwide. Our client combines manufacturing capability with specialist technical expertise across a global group.
We're looking for a Commercial Support Coordinator to join their commercial team in Sheffield. This is a varied role covering customer enquiries, quotations, order processing, export activities and general commercial administration. You'll work closely with Sales, Business Development, Technical Sales, Production and Quality.
What you'll be doing:
Supporting quotation preparation and follow-up
Processing customer orders
Preparing export and shipping documentation
Coordinating freight bookings
Liaising with customers and suppliers
Building your knowledge of the company's products and servicesWhat we're looking for:
Previous experience in a customer service, administrative, sales support or commercial support role
Strong communication and organisational skills
Excellent attention to detail
Solid Microsoft Office skills
A customer-focused, team-oriented approach
Experience with ERP systems, export documentation or a manufacturing/engineering environment is a plus but not essentialThis role offers genuine exposure across the commercial function, ongoing training and a clear path for progression within a growing, supportive business
