What you’ll do as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant:

* Build relationships with candidates and clients through phone, email, and digital channels

* Learn how to consult, influence, and advise in a professional environment

* Conduct market research and identify new opportunities

* Work alongside experienced consultants while developing your own expertise

Package & career progression:

* £26,000 – £27,000 starting salary

* OTE £40,000 within 3–5 years
