With an established reputation across global engineering and construction markets and continued investment in the UK, they are looking to strengthen their specification team through the appointment of a Specification Manager for London and the South East.
In this role, you will work with architects, façade consultants, developers and key project stakeholders to secure product specifications at the earliest stages of project design. Managing your own territory, you will identify opportunities, develop long-term relationships and ensure the company's systems become the preferred specification across major commercial and residential developments.

The Role:
Driving product specifications across London and the South East
Developing relationships with architects, façade consultants and developers
Securing specifications during early-stage project design
Managing a portfolio of major construction projects
Working closely with technical, estimating and commercial teamsThe Person:
Specification Manager, Project Manager or Technical Sales professional
Experience within aluminium systems, façades, curtain walling or architectural glazing
Strong understanding of the construction specification process
Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
Commercially aware with strong business development abilities
