We are looking for a Telephone Account Manager to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in sales, relationship management, or customer engagement who is looking to build a long-term career within financial services.
As a Telephone Account Manager, you will offer a complete service to both new and existing introducers, taking inbound calls, developing relationships through proactive outbound contact, responding to enquiries, and creating opportunities for our Partnership Account Managers.
This role provides an excellent pathway into the wider business, with scope to progress into a Business Development Manager position in the future.
About the Role
Our Telephone Account Managers provide a complete service to new and existing introducers, ensuring our proposition is promoted effectively and that strong relationships are built and maintained.
You will proactively engage with introducers and customers, qualify referrals, support advisers, and help generate opportunities across our range of products and services, including:
Equity Release
Estate Planning
Portal Services
Marketing SolutionsYou'll gain valuable knowledge within the growing equity release market while building relationships and achieving agreed business targets.
What You'll Be Doing
Demonstrate and continuously embed company values in every aspect of the role
Deliver an excellent inbound, outbound and email service to introducers, networks and affiliate representatives
Take a proactive approach to outbound calling to maximise booking opportunities
Provide case updates to introducers on the outcomes of referrals by telephone and email
Work closely with Partnership Account Managers to maximise sales opportunities
Provide accurate and timely management information to the Sales Manager
Maintain company record-keeping standards in line with compliance and operational requirements, including GDPR, CRM notes, commission structures and payment terms
Deliver agreed service levels, targets and KPIs
Create sales opportunities for Partnership Account Managers
Promote all elements of the Key Group proposition
What We're Looking For
Experience working in an inbound and outbound sales environment
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs
Ability to build rapport and empathise with customers
Excellent communication skills with a consultative sales approach
Experience working within a targeted sales environment
Strong negotiation and influencing skills
Enthusiastic, motivated and passionate about succeeding in a fast-paced environment
Financial Services experience is advantageous but not essential as full training will be provided
